The service at this restaurant was awful. The toilets were disgusting. The staff seemed incompetent and overwhelmed, showing no concern for their customers. The white wine was served lukewarm. Upon entering, we were welcomed by a delightful woman who escorted us to a stunning courtyard. The food was exquisite, the service was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly friendly (side note: the bartender was quite handsome). As a local resident of Ghent, I have found a new favorite spot that I will definitely be revisiting! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had been eager to visit this restaurant for a while, attracted by its beautiful interior and cozy courtyard. Feeling hungry in the afternoon, we decided to order some snacks. Unfortunately, our order never arrived. After waiting for half an hour, I finally inquired about our order, only to be asked what it was again. It seemed there was a miscommunication between the waitresses. I was disappointed that despite sitting right in front of them for a long time, no one noticed we hadn't been served. By the time we decided to leave, we still hadn't received our food, so I cannot comment on the quality. The staff was friendly and apologetic, but it felt like they didn't really care.
