Bidra med feedbackExcellent food at this restaurant inside IKEA of Genoa. The fare is a little different than a non-Italy IKEA, as the company has tried to tailor its menu more to local tastes. Entrees include Italian pastas and salmon pilaf, as well as standards such as Swedish meatballs and lingonberry preserves. I had schnitzl and fries. A helping of nonna's berry torte finished it all off. We loved it. So affordable!
Thanks to Raffaella of the customer service for her empathy, for the accuracy in managing my practice and especially for managing and solving a disguido related to a delivery, assembly and lace;
The restaurant shuts at 1530 which is sad as I was looking forward to some meatballs! Café was still open though!
Display are organised as expected. Tills flow well. Stock seems to be available for most things. The restaurant was busy and well manned, with no huge queues or waiting. Ample parking with good access to lifts. You do have to cherry-pick your items with careful consideration of cost versus quality. I feel that their products are starting to filter through more low-budget items, and what was once guaranteed as being able to last for years looks less and less likely. In response to the IKEA reply about quality, fit, and finish. I bought a chest of draws for a test. Built exactly as instructed. There are faults. Damage to the wood prior to manufacturers painting. Miss-aligned draws with no alteration points, depth is unevan across the draws, and spacing between panels is uneven. This is not a positive sign of your manufacturing quality. I'll add pictures for clarification.
A place where you can buy many useful things and also food, even very tasty!
