We stop here every morning before a pheasant hunt. They get us fed quickly we appreciate the good food service.

Just had breakfast here passing thru for work. Skillet was very good. Clean. Very affordable. Would come back.

Favorite place to eat in the mornings, and it's local! Over the past few years, their food has greatly improved and the staff is friendly, I come here every weekends before church to get myself breakfast. Cheaply priced as well.

This is definitely my favorite breakfast place in northern Illinois! The food is delicious. It 's a small town diner where the locals go. I love their Hercules Special , with ham, 3 eggs, toast and potatoes. While it fills you up, it won 't break the bank!

Stopped in on a Friday morning with my in-laws. We were not greeted and had to seat ourselves. There were two women working. The younger of the two brought us water. She didn't greet us but slapped down four waters. We had to ask her if we could have coffee. We then waited another 15 minutes and still no order was taken. My family and I decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. As soon as we got up the waitress came over and said she was just coming to us. I asked for my bill for the three coffees. She said they were on her. I left a dollar. Will not be back, total turn off!!!
