Bidra med feedbackMr. Giacomo Parodi, called Buonafede for the great honesty and quality of his products, used to transport four thousand litres of milk a day to supply almost all of Genoa and had almost ten dairies. Over the years, his family has developed techniques for confectionery and pastry, and so was born the Buonafede Cremeria, a true institution since 1903. The place is very small, but it doesn't matter: the people of the tail, who often arrive outside the place, are patients while anticipating the delights proposed and, once served, they take a pleasant walk through the shops of Via Luccoli with a cone or a brioche filled in the hand. The cream is tasty, with body but soft and easy to digest: a unique blend that makes it one of the best in the city and that you can enjoy with a coffee or a krapfen. Another well-known delight is the semi-cold with panera flavor, the contraction in the Nera Panna dialect (black cream): a typical genoese recipe made of fresh cream and coffee powder, which is characterized by being a rather laborious preparation and because it is preserved for a few days, reasons why it is not always easy to find. Excellent brioche to pistachio or zabaione, cannoli, spumantini and bassottini to tiramisu.
Ice cream was really good, we loved the flavour Panera, which is their specialty. All other flavors were great as well. Coffee is also good, especially with their homemade cream.
I was greeted upon arrival and the servers were very friendly! I had the Sicilian Lemon! They had a variety of flavors. Very good!
The icecream was Ok, not the best in italy, but we appreciate the experience and the local atmosphere. Inside tables are helpful for hot summer days.
This place is a classic in Genova, known especially for their whipped cream. Yes, it might sound weird, but even whipping cream can be elevated to an art, and this place has managed to do that. Came back here after several years... I enjoyed my ice cream: chocolate, panera (a Genoese coffee-based semifreddo) and, indeed, panna montata (whipped cream). It was a joy!
