Brisas Peruanas - Genoa

I love Ceviche. When I saw this on the Fork app, I was thrilled by the first photo ceviche. I booked a reservation for this evening. It is located opposite the port and easy to find. I ordered the Ceviche (surprise) with Thode’s that I would order a second. No way. Not only was it the best chap I ever had, it was the chap I ever had. The service was stellar. Very real. I love it if the waiting staff is really grateful that you're here. Maybe because it has a family home and restaurant. I left the restaurant and after about five minutes I received a call from them telling me that I had left my jacket there. Thanks to the fork app they had my number. I've learned two things from this experience... I never said ceviche so often in a review, and always use the fork app.

The ambience and the menu was authentic. We really enjoyed their papa haunicana , arroz chaufa de pollo and a meal with spicy seafood. The portions were huge. The service was quick and friendly. Would appreciate if they could include yuca fritas as a starter.

Very genuine. I love it when wait staff are actually grateful you’re there. Maybe because it’s a family owned and run restaurant. I’ve learned two things from this experience… I’ve never said ceviche so many times in a review, and always use The Fork App.
