Ciné Città - Genk

Decided to put up a review after two disappointing visits to this establishment. The restaurant itself has a nice clean look and atmosphere. Service is fast but some of the staff is blunt and unprofessional on both occasions so i doubt it was due to circumstances. The food was unsatisfactory for its price range on both occasions with a limited menu, the first time we had two pizza's, both with very soggy bottoms and the other time two sub quality and bland main dishes, the meat was fairly tasteless on both dishes, sauce was alright and the salade was tasty but very basic (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, vinegar, oil) without a lot of effort (some of the cucumber slices were 2 cm thick). Their biggest plus is that they are a quick bite situated next to the cinema and sadly this reflects as it seems they take costumers for granted and drop the ball on some standards. Would go there for drinks but would not recommend for dining.

Waitress very nice but the food is really average (no special taste) and it is expensive (for the kind of food and quality they serve)

Pizza is way too cheesy. Also, the pizza gorgonzola only contains 3 little pieces of gorgonzola, yet it's 5 euros more expensive than the margarita.

Good food, great prices. Although you've got to have patience for receiving your food on busy times. Peaceful atmosphere, friendly service.

Very cozy place to hang out. The staff was very friendly and the service I found it quite good. It’s a cool place to grab a drink with your friends and because of its location parking it’s not an issue at all.
