Tse Yang - Genève

That was our last night in Geneva. The staff is very slow to take our order. A dish Sesame chicken toast came with a big black hair on the top! When we made the staff aware of this, a replacement dish came in, at which place the original dish was completely put on the table with hair! Service very slow, overpriced menu for mediocre food. When we left and forwarded our dissatisfaction to the appalling service, the manager said “that is the Chinese way”! They weren't remotely worried. On a table nearby there was a dog on his owner lap food from the table. We won't be happy. In my opinion, you avoid all costs. While the Grill Restaurant is also a top class in Hotel Fairmont. Excellent service and food to fit.

Das Restaurant Tse Yang kann mit diesem Ort nicht mithalten! Das Essen ist durchschnittlich und die Preise sind überhöht... Wir haben eine aufgewärmte Mahlzeit für 75 Franken bekommen, 9 Franken für eine halbe Flasche Sprudelwasser... und der Obstsalat war verdorben... Sicher, die Aussicht ist schön, aber zu diesem Preis sollten die Gerichte hervorragend sein! Früher bin ich einmal im Jahr ins Tse Yang gegangen, es war zwar teuer, aber köstlich... Aber hier ist es auch nicht sehr sauber und das Servierpersonal lässt zu wünschen übrig... Ich rate dringend davon ab.

My wife and I ordered the Beijing full menu consisting of 8 courses or something. This was one of the most amazing culinary experiences we had. The food was exceptional as the view over Lake Geneva. Our waiter was kind enough to get us into a lookout table after another party. We lived in San Francisco Bay Area for almost 40 years and that was the best Chinese food we ever had. Recommend the Beijing Multi-course menu.

Das Restaurant im Kempinski Hotel bietet ausgezeichnete chinesische Küche mit effizientem Service - ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

To be fair I have dined here before around 18mths ago, but happily the same excellent food and service has remained. Great location next to Kempinski hotel. Excellent menu, and food well presented Also a great wine list. Tip: Aromatic Crispy Duck with a glass of Sancerre! Highly recommended
