Bidra med feedbackWe have been to Brewery Ardennes before and the beer was very good and in a nice setting. We had a large group and after seeing the food online, I made a dinner reservation for 10 by actually speaking to the hostess. (She never mentioned there was no dinner) We showed up on time and were seated at picnic tables outside. Being our group was large(10), we had to rearrange everything as they split us up into multiple tables. Some had ordered beers at the bar but others still needed a brew. Being 10 of us, we were only given 6 menus We were told beer is on the front and food on the back. Beers were quickly ordered and everyone flipped the menu to find appetizers were the only options. I clearly made the reservation for dinner but no dinner on Weds. Being that the location is out of town with few options nearby, we decided just to go with it. First, we ordered 2 large Frites for the table. Basically greasy french fries with 2 tiny fancy dipping sauces (out of 5 choices). We all thought the $14 cost for about 3-4 potatoes worth of Fries was pretty extreme. Also ordered were the charcuterie boards for $22. This was even a bigger disappointment with them presenting 3 paper cones (see photo) with approx 4-5 pointy crackers and 4 tiny blocks of cheese in one, 3 slices of mystery deli meat in another, and the 3rd with some pickled vegetables. The serving was barely enough for 1 and again very costly at $22. We also ordered a Chocolate Truffle something or other, which we never received but were charged for. All in all, a very disappointing evening in a very beautiful setting. We will never go back there as I am sure when you can actually get food it will likely be very overpriced and not sure if it will be served in dixie cups or not.
What a great find! Dog friendly outside...no cover though. Beer is fantastic and my wife had the burger and loved it and I had the Thai mussels. The mussels are the best I have ever had. Split an order of frites that were also amazing. My wife wasn't in mood for beer so had wine instead so can do either. Good service too.
Nothing like a brunch on the rasen under the sycamores. delicious breakfast sandwich and a flight of beer on a beautiful day. not on the main train that adds to the ambiente. child and dog friendly.
The atmosphere, food and of course the beer. There's nothing like this in the Finger Lakes. The huge stone barn built in the early 1900's. The beer garden, tables and chairs on the lawn under giant shade trees make this a summer paradise for a cold beer. The food is awesome and the beers are award winning. If your in the Finger Lakes this is a must.
Ardenne’s is such a beautiful place to have a drink. The whole family is so sweet and made us feel at home. They have great wine and beer selections and the food is delicious too! A great place to relax and good for photos too!
