Grab-a-crab - General Santos

I've been eating in this place since 2008. They serve great food. My personal favorites are the Shanghai rolls, sweet and sour pork and chopsuey. Honestly, I've never tried their crabs. Although let's be honest, the place needs a lot of renovations. The room kinds smells old already. Sometimes we prefer the SM branch because of the place. Nevertheless, the food and eating experience is still very good.

I recently dined at the Crab Sm Gensan branch and would like to share my experience. The food was delicious and I have no complaints about any dish that was served. However, the service was extremely disappointing. It was slow and we even had to cancel some of our orders due to the inefficiency of the server. We overheard other customers beside us also expressing their frustration with the service. Unfortunately, the overall dining experience was not as enjoyable as it could have been. I hope that the restaurant can improve their service in the future, as the food itself was quite enjoyable.

The dining experience was not enjoyable. There were cockroaches present throughout the restaurant and the dish we ordered was overcooked. I would not recommend this place.

When customers visit a seafood restaurant, they expect a delicious meal or dinner. Unfortunately, during our visit, the waiter informed us that they were out of seafood. We decided to order pasta instead. The pasta was overcooked and bland, and the dessert we ordered was also overcooked. Additionally, the service was lacking. We recommend finding another place to eat.
