Pizza Hut - Geismar

I order a delivery Order a day before for works on the job! The next day I called to make sure the didn’t forget about my order! For one my delivery was supposed to be for 10:30am they had on line that they open at 11:00am when they did answer the phone the manager Stephanie had my order wrong 2 times and she was the one who took my order. She put that I needed my order at 10:30 pm!!! Like y would I call a day before to place an order for 10:30 pm??‍ she chalky card 2 time.she said I was going to get my money back the next day which I didn’t! I been calling all day no one didn’t answer the phone at all !! The worst Pizza Hut everVegetarian options: Not good

I ordered delivery online. The process was easy the delivery was fast and the food was still hot. The driver was very polite and respectful .

This place should be shut down.The “latest” is with them (I have a list of complaints that I could list… is ordering two specialty pizzas for delivery. After they finally arrived (after an hour and a half they had delivered us someone else’s order, which considered of two very plain pizzas. Knowing that it would be hours for new pizzas, we made do with what was delivered and I tried for a solid hour to call the store about the mixup. They don’t answer the phone. At all. For any reason. I finally gave up and called the “corporate” number and spoke with someone who logged my concerns and promised a call back within 24-48 hours. No one ever called. It’s all a big joke. No more Pizza Hut for our household. Thankful Domino’s just opened and is killin it!

I was shocked at paying $35 for 1 large combination and 1 medium pineapple and ham!!!!

Pizza looked great. I bought it as a gift and didn't eat any.
