The aromas were good (though they could be improved) but it was the dough that was truly outstanding - so fresh and soft. I was very impressed! At $6 each, the donuts are a bit pricey, but I would gladly pay for such high-quality pastries every day. The cinnamon rolls are also $6, and they are huge! The price is definitely worth it. They could use more cinnamon inside, but they are still tasty with a cake-like texture and a perfect ratio of sweet glaze icing. I would definitely make the 2-hour trip for this again.
The lemon donut has healed, oh my god it is amazing. the donut itself is really light and the curd is really beautiful. I've never been disturbed by posh donuts before, but I'm going to be off now. $6, but it's worth it.
I recently visited a charming donut shop located in the heart of Geelong CBD. I was impressed by the quaint interior and the pink coffee machine. The shop offered a wide variety of donuts, including seasonal options. My friend and I were craving something sweet, so we decided to try the lemon and gay time donuts. We opted to take them to-go and enjoyed them later in the day. The donuts were absolutely delicious, although the Meringue-Toughnut didn't hold up well during the trip and could have benefitted from better packaging. Priced at $6 each, these donuts are on par with top-tier donut shops in Melbourne and definitely deliver on taste.
Donuts are yum but felt a little over cooked I.e. too oily. Flavors are nice though and good service too.
Absolutely loved the donuts from this place! I really enjoyed the fact that they weren't overly sweet meaning that you could enjoy the whole donut without feeling stuffed!
