The pizza is good but the wait times are horrible, especially on the weekends.

Ordered online. Went to pick up my order to find out they gave my food to someone else. Avoid this place for huge orders. They do not check order numbers and randomly hand out food to anyone.

I came in today bought two pizza the employee did not Wear gloves I ask him to put on gloves and he just looked at me like I Was crazy then whn my order was ready he just sat in t on the counter

This location needs help big time. Don't waste your time going here unless you got hours to wait for a pizza. They say 15 minutes then next thing you know its over an hour later and you are still waiting. The people making them are too busy doing other things to keep up with the orders then they just pile them in the corner and don't check to see if the waiting room full of people's orders are ready until they run out of space. This location was never this bad. Papa johns might be a little more money but they have good coupons to help and have a rewards program where you get money off. Plus when they say your pizza is ready it really is ready. Guess they will be getting my business from now on.

I try to avoid this place AT ALL COSTS but my kids like their Italian cheesy bread. I placed an order on the app and drove there when my order was ready...2 Italian cheesy breads, 2 marinara sauces and a 2 liter. The app only gave me a Pepsi and Sierra Mist option but when I got there they had Starry instead. No Sierra Mist at all. My order was marked ready on the app but wasn't in the portal like the app said. Apparently the African American manager with the light brown eyes gave my order away. The young lady who made it confirmed she made it and when she asked if he gave it away he denied it. Mind you I waited 15 minutes before driving to the restaurant and now he said I had to wait for them to make one more Italian cheesy bread. He didn't acknowledge the mistake nor apologized to me for the inconvenience . I asked him how long it would take and he said 10 minutes so I told him I would like my money back. He printed then handed me a receipt without saying anything. When I asked who the manager was he stated he was the manager so I asked him who was his manager and he said Jarvis but Jarvis was not there at the time. I ended up driving to Domino's and placing a carry-out order. I was very pleased as I usually am and will continue to do business with that location next to fiesta market. This Little Caesars location is always a mess, dirty, unprofessional, nothing is ever hot and ready and obviously the staff are poorly trained. The staff will stand there when there aren't customers instead of cleaning the front area. Windows are always dirty. Hot and ready doors are always dirty and empty.
