On Sunday, May 26th, I contacted this Dominos location after being disappointed by two other nearby Dominos stores who were unwilling to add an extra ring of garlic sauce to the crust, despite my willingness to pay for it. Sohum answered the phone and not only agreed to fulfill my request free of charge, but also provided exceptional customer service. I will now be exclusively ordering from this store, as Sohum's willingness to go above and beyond earned my loyalty. Huge shoutout to Sohum for his outstanding service, which has secured over $1200 in annual revenue from our purchases. Their pizza arrived charred and sloppily made. When I called to address the issue, they informed me that they could not offer any resolution, resulting in $29 wasted.
