Dianas Delights - Gaylord

What an amazing experience! The service was quick and friendly and the food was delicious. I never order bacon because it never comes hot. For the first time, my husband actually got a portion of hot bacon. Not only was it hot, but it was so good. The French toast was delicious. The sourdough bread fits perfectly with the sweetness of the syrup. To go, I ordered her Bourbon Pecan Pie. It was delicious. Perfectly baked, fluffy crust filled with this sweet Gooey filling you would expect with the additional kick of Bourbon to crank things up. The hand whipped cream above is an ingenious movement to mellow the entire sweetness of the cake. I can't expect to come back to Michigan and have breakfast again. I highly recommend it!!

This restaurant was recommended by Fairfield Inn and Suites. It didn't disappoint! The food was incredibly good tasting, fresh and high quality. The price was very reasonable. The staff was professional, courteous, friendly and attentive. I wish I lived in town so I can enjoy this every week!

First impression was that it was very clean and very busy. The waitresses were very polite. There was a small wait of about 10 minutes, which wasn't bad. The only problem is that there isn't a designated waiting area so people were crowding in by the door and they acknowledge you when your up next. There was one older couple who walked right in and sat at a table without waiting at all. Next thing I know the waitress was there handing them menus and cutlery. I could only assume they were regulars and that's why they skipped the line and wasn't asked to wait at the end of the line. After being seated the service was good. The food took a little long but was expected because of how busy it was. The food was very good and hot; I got breakfast. The service was great. If I go back to Gaylord I'd definitely go back to try the corned beef hash. And the cheesecake brownie was one of the best I've ever had.

The restaurant was crowded, but we were seated within 5 minutes. We ordered breakfast and it was delicious!! I couldn't believe I received 4 strips of bacon, a huge pile of potatoes, and 2 scrambled eggs that really looked like 3 or 4. Everyone loved their selection and we didn't leave hungry!! Our waitress was hopping from table to table, but she kept an eye on our drinks and our coffee mugs were never empty. I couldn't believe what we got for what they charged!! We will be back!
