Bidra med feedbackThe constantly raise prices which can be understood with inflation but for the hens they sell. NO!!!! The pieces are so small and for that price. Next time is a no for me.
Last 2 times I visited I didn't have the best experience. The first time I pulled forward to wait for a sweet tea because I was given unsweet. I sat there for almost 20 min and had to go in myself to get it. Only one car came behind me in the drive thruand only one family inside. So they weren't busy. Had I not already paid I would have left but it made me late for work. Thenext time I visited my gravy wasn't closed properly and got all in my seat and purse. I spent quite a bit of time cleaning it.They should use plastic bags for gravy if the tops don't stay on well. I was given a paper bag because that was apparently KFCstandard. The service the first time was bad. The second time was good aside from the gravy incident. There isn't a KFC in mycity so I drove to another to get it. After the drive I would have hoped my experiences would be better. After seeing thesereviews it seems they need some new employees or at the very least better training.
The fries were hard and cold, but my food was prepared quickly. However, I did enjoy my sandwich.
I’m not sure what’s happening with KFC lately, but back in the late '90s and early 2000s, when Cindy was the manager, the food was always cooked perfectly, hot, and fresh. Some of the food they're serving now would never have been allowed back then. I used to love it, but now I’ll go out of my way to get chicken from somewhere else.
The food was of good quality, but I didn't receive the cookie that was supposed to come with my meal.
