Papa John's Pizza - Gatlinburg

Papa John wouldn't deliver to my location, but Doordash did. The delivery went great, the pizza was still warm when it came here about 20 minutes after picking up.

I had never delivered food in a hotel from a restaurant that was hot.... To this day. Our pizza and parrots came in less time than was quoted and was sharp and tasty. I'll order from here for sure.

I've never had such a bad experience with Papa John's. They delivered it faster than expected, but when we opened our boxes, we were shocked. We ordered a BBQ pizza with chicken, onions, bacon, paprika and mushrooms and it was all thrown into the middle. The pizza should have a garlic crust and not. And it was normal sauce and completely uncooked. To add everything from our garlic knots had absolutely no garlic or parmesan on them, they were only bread knots. We have been in operation for about 30 minutes and have no answer yet. I don't even want my money back, I just want to make my pizza right. Edit: You repaired it and now it is perfect, great service and food!
