Tim Hortons - Gatineau

9:22 p.m. and the doors are locked and the drive-thru is closed too. It clearly states on the internet that it closes at 10:00 p.m.Waste of time for this detour!

The slowest service I have ever experienced by far. I have stopped at many restaurants, but this is by far the worst. At least the coffee was drinkable, but I would not recommend stopping here if there are more than 2 people.

Do not order the iced caramel Machiato as it took 20 minutes to make and they had to redo it 4-5 times. I almost had to explain to them how to make it and what to put in it. The lady making sandwiches and wraps was using her phone in between orders without changing her gloves, which is disgusting. Not sure if the health department would be happy about that!

I was 5th in line in the drive-through, it took 20 min to reach the window and 2 min to be served at the window. I will sound racist with my next comment but I’m sure I’m not the only person who’s noticed, ever since it’s been only black workers service has declined and they’re terrible at their

Antony waley is a great worker, works tirelessly to provide excellent customer service at all times and made sure the others got my order right. He made the lemonade machine work. Isn’t that amazing? Give this guy a raise ??
