Tim Hortons - Gatineau

Robbie is the most gracious Tim Hortons Owner you shall encounter around these parts. Both Owner staff have big smiles backed with bigger hearts which makes for a great experience. Can be quick to grab a coffee and off to work. Also you may relax, enjoy your order and converse with some quality people.

Was waiting for my order for like 10 minutes when the place was empty. had 3 employees infront of me and the manager refused to take my order because i had a hard time understanding him. the other employees were very nice though, even if they were mid-closing and in a bit in a rush to clean things. other than that they were quite speedy with my order and it tasted how timmies is supposed to taste: good enough.

My online order was 15 minutes later then I requested, was not able to order assorted muffins or donuts in the app but selection was available in store.

Made a quick stop there on a roadtrip and was hit by the nostalgia of a traditionnal Tim Hortons service! Smilings and laughs were the atmosphere when i entered! Easy, fast and delicious drinks as well! Will definatly be back

Before I had review of how awful this Tim Hortons was. I live right by it so I am kinda stuck with this location. Honestly they’ve changed over the past few months. The staff is amazing, it’s clean, and I’m actually getting my proper order. Sure it takes a little but they’re busy, it’s normal.
