Tai Hong Chinese Food - Gatineau

I placed an order through Uber Eats and did not receive a third of my order. They said they picked it up this way and it’s the restaurants fault. I was only refunded approximately half of what I paid for the missing items, and I am still arguing with Uber eats over the matter. Furthermore, there’s no way this restaurant could’ve gotten 4.3 stars. The food is mediocre at best, I ordered a black bean dish and it tasted like watered down soya sauce. You can do better!

Ordered here a few times, always tasty, good portions.Parking: Small plaza with about a dozen parkings. Not often busy.

Just received some raw chicken which was the last straw. When I called back (14 times back to back) to arrange an exchange, no answer. I've been a customer for a while and service quality is up and down with the reception lady, but the food is normally ok.

The food is excellent!!! Reminds us of Montreal Chinese food!
