C 'était vraiment très bon... Les saveurs y étaient ?. Ne pas oublier que c 'est un restaurant école et les serveurs qui y travaillent sont en plein apprentissage. Comme partout ailleurs, rien n 'est parfait et le meilleur reste à venir... J 'ai oublié de prendre des photos de mes huîtres ainsi que les 2 formes de foie gras proposées... Ça pressait un peu trop pour atteindre mes papilles gustatives... Mais définitivement je vais y retourner ?
