Starbucks Coffee - Gatineau

Updated on Nov 30th, 2023: The service has improved and I am now giving it 4 stars. Originally, if you don't mind waiting 25 minutes for a coffee, this is the perfect place for you. I suggest using the drive-through as they appear to prioritize those customers.

This is the worst and most wildy inconsistent Starbucks I've ever been to. Wait times are horrible, whether you go in, do a mobile pickup, or through drive-thru. Coffee quality is often sub-par. Some of the food may well be expired.If you want ok but consistent coffee and a decent meal, hit up the A&W across the street and pay a fraction of the price.

My usual routine when I go into the office; service was quick and friendly and my latté was delicious!

Who runs this absolute dump?! They don’t answer their phones. Called repeatedly to establish if they were deciding to allow customers entry on a given day, as they pick and choose when their doors are locked and no response.
