Patisserie fine fidelice - Gatineau

This was our first time purchasing pastries from this shop. We arrived late in the day, so we didn't get to try some of their most popular items, but we still were able to get a few treats. My favorite was the Mother's Day special heart cake. It was fresh, light, and delicious! The eclairs were also tasty. We definitely plan on returning, maybe earlier in the day, so we can try more items!

Quickly picked up one of their beautiful strawberry cakes, as you see in many photos. Not only was it a beautifully decorated cake, it was so delicious. These cakes are a work of art. They are a must see. A few days later I picked up a few more tiny single portioned cakes for some girlfriends and I to taste and share. They were all good and my friends were impressed!! If you like key lime pie...u must try their version that has a hint of basil. Wow! A pleasant surprise. Will be back to pick up more when I have another special gathering!

Absolute best cakes in Gatineau and Ottawa. I'm very picky about cakes and seriously I have never been disappointed with any of theirs, specifically the croque noisette. No other bakery can compare to it. Only located in Outaouais.
