Harvey's - Gatineau

This was a total disappointment! The burgers were dry and cold before being cooked. The fries were undercooked and tasted terrible. The table was dirty and the overall cleanliness of the dining room was questionable. I'm sorry, but I will not be returning.

Simply awful. They don't even try to get it right. It's unbelievable how disgusting they are. No jalapenos in my burger, but I would have regretted it if I didn't ask for them.

I ordered food at the drive-thru well past dinner time. There were only three cars in the parking lot, with two cars ahead of me in line. I ordered a basic meal - one combo and two other items. When I got to the window, I was told that one item was not available due to the restaurant running out. I asked for it to be removed from my order and paid the total amount using my debit card, as well as giving some cash. I received my drink and then was told that the unavailable item was actually available and was given to me in a bag. I offered to pay for it but was told everything was fine. I didn't check the bag before leaving, assuming my order was complete. However, when I got home 30 minutes later, I realized that half of my order was missing. I called the restaurant and spoke to a staff member who couldn't connect me with a manager. I explained the situation to the owner, who didn't listen and made excuses about their lack of staff that evening. The only solution offered was for me to come back to either get the missing items or get a refund. This experience left me frustrated and I recommend checking your order carefully. It might be a better idea to try other nearby options to avoid disappointment.

I was the second car in the car that took my order quickly, but it took 12 minutes, 9 for the car in front of me. I only saw two customers in the restaurant. I paid cash and gave...him my bill (which he never asked) he told me that it was too late that he had already closed his money and there were no ways for me to get points. I went with my order. When I opened my bag for dinner, my pommes were cold, rings warm (that's okay) my burger was burned and my mountain dew was a coke. It's not like they're busy. Only inefficient

I usually don't write bad reviews of restaurants , I just don't go back !! But Gatineau's Fast food places seem to be for lazy people who will not perform flipping hamburgers unless paid $20 dollars an hour which is ridiculous since others Go to college with...their own money just hoping to START at these salaries!! Anyway at Harvey's these hamburgs were on special which was a good deal one day and the next they had no more hamburgs at a HAMBURGER PLACE !! at Suppertime 4 oclock in the afternoon!! and to finish , Burgerking on greber is also bad !! Go to Scores restaurant you get your money,s worth !! Have a Great Day...
