Bidra med feedbackThe food was excellent, especially the Masaman curry. The atmosphere was fantastic and reminded me of the street food I enjoyed while backpacking in Thailand and Asia. The trainee waitress, who was from Vietnam, was lovely, friendly, and very helpful. She did a great job. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant.
This was our first time visiting this restaurant and we were impressed with the good service, freshly cooked food, reasonable prices, and pleasant decor. We will definitely be coming back again.
We ordered the sharing platter, which included 4 or 5 items. However, at £8 each, we found it to be overpriced for what we received. The tea was even more disappointing, as it was just half a cup of hot water and a tea bag for £2.20. We understand that the Metro is likely a more expensive venue, but we were hoping for a unique and well-prepared experience, and were ultimately let down. After expressing our dissatisfaction, we were offered a discount voucher for dessert on our next visit. Unfortunately, we do not plan on returning.
Chose the sharing platter for 2 which at £8 each was reasonable value although I found the dumplings lacking in flavor. What really annoyed us though was the tea at £2.25 a cup. We wouldn't have minded the cost had it been for a pot, but for 1/2 a cup of water which we then had to dunk our tea bag into it seemed more than a little expensive. Not impressed!
I wanted to go somewhere else than my partner. this place came on google and it was the right choice. it was a fun, lively atmosphere. the menu had over 80 items on it and another menu for drinks. eating was really incredible and it was fast service. where else can they sit in a tuk bag for dinner in Britain? highly recommended. they are here.
