Bidra med feedbackBeen in 5 times in the past 2 months and there is never any sauce in the dispensors. When i have gone to ask, you just get a very unpopular look from the staff.
Fast food wasnt. A saturday lunchtime and the queues were slow to move. I tried the new order machines but as expected it crashed while I was ordering so I queued to speak to a real person. The young lady was lovely, very pleasant despite the clamor and pressure. Eventually we got our meal and found somewhere to perch on stools. The food was, as usual, ok.
Extremely convenient when shopping in Metro Centre. The food is as described and regular customers at McDonalds know what to expect. Food is freshly produced and service is quick and efficient. Need to serve Decaf coffee however.
Visited whilst shopping with granddaughter. Couldn't believe how busy it was. Staff who were numerous were working flat out trying to serve all the punters. Although there was an inevitable delay in getting served the food when it came was freshly prepared and hot. The only disappointment was they didn't offer decaf coffee which is strange in this day and age.
Ordering a meal at McDonalds Metrocentre is now like buying at at Argos! We placed our order and waited and waited. The information on the screen was inaccurate and folks were milling around looking confused. It turned out that our Big Macs had been left standing, waiting for chips. When our order was eventually called, the burgers were cold although the chips were hot. Very unsatisfactory, I much prefer the old system.
