Ikea - Gateshead

Ordered the Birriani and can honestly say I have seldom tasted anything quite so disgusting. Completely over spiced and full of sweet raisins yuk !

Paid £10,000 for an IKEA kitchen last year and have been left with multiple faulty issues that are yet to be corrected. I have contacted IKEA multiple times to be told someone will get back in touch which never happens. I have emailed management and no one is helping.

I would just like to say the lady in the cafe serving the food was very rude with no customer service skills the way she spoke to me you would think she was purchasing my lunch for me not even a please or thank you Maybes the staff on the tills could give her some training as they were lovely and after a brilliant experience with jenny at the furniture department this is such a let down to your company manners costs nothing and could make a big difference to the customers experience

Very disappointed meatball meal was cold even friends chips were warm girl on till someone asked about the milk machine her answer was what about it !!! Not very good customer service there so come on ikea letting your team down will I come again ...NO !!

Nice big store clean and tidy and helpful staff,plenty of good offers here we only bought some small items but was passing as mainly going to metro centre,all in all a pleasant visit and Dont forget cheap takeaway food near tills
