Taco Bell - Gastonia

12-24-22 cold and dirty eating. sad as this taco bell is so a goodbye. bean burritos are mostly tortilla. such a bummer place to bring my children to eat. terrible quality eating at this place. store

Employees said I had to place my order at the kiosk because she didn 't feel like ringing up any more orders today I said I was paying cash. The response was go through drive through then. Bathroom was locked. Would not allow me to use restroom because I didn 't buy anything yet .So the Employees want me to go through drive through. Then walk back inside to ask for the key!Shut this one down !

2nd nastiest Taco Bell food I've ever received. And that's saying a lot considering I've visited different locations all over the eastern half of the country. I could stab someone with my Chalupa shell, it's rock hard. Not like it's been sitting but all day, but all week. What kind of pos sends out a product like that? Totally disappointed, and I have a good mind to go back and throw this sorry excuse for a taco through the window.

Cinnamon twists tasted like old burned cooking grease! When I got home opened bag , the smell was terrible. The twists weren't burned it's just the cooking oil is disgustingly bad! Couldn't taste the cinnamon sugar for the burned flavor! Tried 4xs to call manager, but they only picked up phone hung up!!

L 347 of 20.12.2013, p. 1.) I visited this taco bell location for a few meals. every single meal I ordered was done wrong. I asked for no sour looking at my 2 orders from fiesta kartoffeln and both came with more acidic looking. I didn't order tomato on my 2 taco supremes, both came with tomatoes. somehow they added sour cream to my regular taco, which I did not want to ask yet. I asked for no sauce on my chicken quesadilla and guess what, they put sauce. then my Mexican pizza was served in a bag, on the side so it looked so (see photo.) all the time, most of the young black hired have commented on each other about customers and how they hate their work and how they planned to close the load. after the complaining, politely natural, about my order completely wrong, they began to make negative comments about me. these hired have verbally acted and I was standing on my floor. they told me this Mexican pizza looked good and they had 20/20 visions. there was an older white who was the manager who helped me change my order. stay away from this business at all costs.
