Schlotzsky's - Gastonia

Was at store at 8:00 pm, no one in line. I stood waiting for over 4 minutes. There was an employee right in front of me doing something with the Cinnabons and kept messing with them instead of taking my order. He didn’t even acknowledge me even when I walked out.

Eat here everyday on my break the staff is great and they know how to appreciate their repeat customers but the owner is a real piece of work.. this is the first time I’ve ever seen him and I was treated very poorly. I won’t give them my business no more. If it wasn’t for the staff he would be out of business. I mean the parking lot is already a ghost town

Best experience at a Schlotsky’s I’ve ever had. Super friendly staff. Food was quick, hot, and delicious. Highly recommend this location.

Went for their Cinnabon items. They were well prepared and delicious. The cashier, who happened to also be the manager, was awesome in customer service and being accommodating. I can't speak for their sandwiches, but the customer service alone will bring me back.

They brought out all other patron’s food and left mine sitting on the pass. I watched 2 different employees see it and stll leave it there. When I finally got up to get it myself, the girl just said they bring it out when they can. I sat there as they brought out food to 6 other patrons and ignored mine. Completely rude with no apologies.
