Pizza Hut - Gastonia

Pizza was excellent. The pancrust was soft and golden brown. Service was fast and efficient. Stop the good work.

The staff was attentive. The food was perfect. We asked them about certain items and how we wanted it to be cooked. She came back and said she said Mary the cook and they were perfect. Very recommended.

Lost one star because first pizza was lacking in sauce, which has been an issue before , but they were really kind when I brought it up to them and replaced my pizza. 4 out of 5 stars, very friendly, good staff, very understanding. And their pizza tastes really great!

On May 7th, 2019, I had the worst pizza experience ever at Pizza Hut in Gastonia on South New Hope Road. My son requested a cheese-stuffed crust, but I asked for a sharp pizza instead. Unfortunately, the pizza was greasy, the dough was undercooked, and not crispy as I had requested. When I called to have the order fixed and asked for a stuffed crust pizza with crispy dough, they simply threw the pizza back in the oven. Not only was the pizza burnt, but the pepperoni was also overcooked and the overall taste was unpleasant. To make matters worse, I paid extra for their sauce to dip the crust in, but it was bland and watered down. I would advise anyone considering dining at this Pizza Hut location to reconsider and not waste their money.

I phoned in an order for a personal pan pizza for lunch. When I arrived, I called and an associate brought it out to my car. I even had the opportunity to speak with Sean, the manager, over the phone and let him know I was excited for my next order! The service was excellent, the staff was awesome, and the service was fast and friendly. I give it 5 stars!
