Did my son get there last night for his request for his birthday, and I was so disappointed! At the entrance the employees were in personal conversations, no greeting, no help at the counter until they were made with their chat. We ordered our food and found our seats. When the food arrived, it was deficient and did not seem to be cheating. I had Pad Thai from everywhere, and this banging mess was just not what I would call Pad Thai. The food was served us in plastic to go containers that I was surprised because I ate Noodles Co in Greensboro and we were served in real ceramic bowls, so this seems as if the staff simply didn't want to wash dishes. We went and I went to the vault to get a lid and a bag. The employee sitting on the switch on her phone seemed upset. When she gave me the lid and the bag, she could not be harassed to put her phone as it was in the same hand, she gave me the lid. Very unhygienic this day and age, not to mention rude.

Good enough for an alternative to Fast Food Burger.

I gave this place a few tries, as I always enjoyed her chicken alfredo, but it seems as if the portions were smaller and smaller. This time I tried the Cavatappi Lemon Parm with Shrimp and I was completely underwhelmed. The taste of the food was decent, but in my opinion it was not worth $14 dollars. This was the larger part and it literally looked like a side part.

Food was pretty good, the home made rice crispies were really good . The online ordering was fast and easy. EDIT 2022 update: Ordered buffalo Mac and my daughter got a kids meal. Food is still good. Service was very friendly and helpful at the register.
