2 times I ordered a shake I didn't ask, and I don't feel like coming back to the line because it's always long. the service also sucks. not again here. How hard is it to make a milkshake? I'm better at home. food: 1/5

Are they willing to possibly repeat what they want about three times because of the really bad loudspeaker quality and/or the apathy of the coworker with whom they talk, then roll over / throw them a quite significant baptism of other people müll on their way to the window, and finally make sure that they visually check all their food before they roll away, especially if they may have ordered something that could be adjusted. but as soon as the worsening of the order is over, eating itself is classic and quite consistent in taste and quality, especially at this price point. if they are a moderately patient person who does not make a short stint of a possibly neutral-to-negative encounter in exchange for a truly satisfying meal, this is the place for them.

Probably the worst of the cookers. they are too busy on their phones, chatting with each other to command that they need to repeat several times to get them silently wrong, then when waiting for them to fix the order, the person in the window trying to flirt with people, as customers get their missing food and on their way. they will definitely stay on hudson or on freedom in charlotte if they want to order fast and accurate

I wouldn't give this place a star, but it didn't let me post without a star. the cassian was so rude and looked like she didn't know what she did. She screwed up my order, and the loudspeakers have to improve to hear at each end. will not be back to this place.

Pretty good, food is good. And so are the prices. Can't blame the order taker for being so pushy and fast, but just watch yourself when ordering. They're awful pushy. And I'm not one to lag at the menu.
