A&w - Gassville

The food is always delicious. Unfortunately, the wait in drive thru is always five plus minutes. The staff seems friendly enough.

Ate the Long John Silver's fish. I would recommend eating at LJS in the past. I can say that I would not recommend eating there now. Quality has really gone down. I hate that, it was always a place that I truly liked. I hope they will take this in consideration and bring back the quality they once had.

Lobby closed for cleaning. Drive thru service had a long wait and poor customer service. Out of ranch for chicken and didn't tell us what sauces were

This was our first time going to this A&W and it will be our last. Was at the drive thru for over 35mins and there was a single vehicle on front of me and the customer service was horrible! The lady at the window forgot our drinks and asked what we wanted and I told her a Dr. Pepper no ice and a Diet Coke, she snapped at me to tell me they had Pepsi products, and after 3 times still couldn’t bring us a Dr. Pepper with no ice.

Food took forever for one kid meal and 2 orders of cheese curds. We were the only people in there. None of the stuff was stocked (asked for condiments and was quickly directed to the condiment area, where they were out of almost everything there given attitude when I asked again for what I needed, pointing at the empty condim bar and huffed off when I explained that it was not there. She brought out a box to refill everything moments later) It's hot in there, flies all over. None of the tables were wiped down (tried about 5 different ones and had sticky spots or straw trash on the table or bench each time.. Again, they weren't busy and they could have been cleaning or stocking things.. Food was disappointing on top of everything.
