Love to sit on the porch for dinner. Such a beautiful neighborhood. I always get the bbq shrimp and grits and we love the oysters dusted in cornmeal, too.

We went with our dear friends to celebrate our mutual 45th wedding anniversaries on July 6 at 7 pm. From the moment we arrived we were rushed, hurried along to order and it felt odd since we. consider 7 pm to be a normal dinner hour. When my husband asked for a second glass of wine at 8::15 after the dessert which was pushed upon us way too rapidly, he was told ,”no- the kitchen and bar were already closed” Finally the gentleman, manager? Begrudgingly brought him another glass. We were being hovered over and rushed. The last straw was when they began vacuuming around us. We were told they were closing early due to lack of customers that night. This was frankly unacceptable and beyond disappointing. We will never step foot in your restaurant again and will share this story with all of our friends. This is no way to treat the customers who do show up and had made a reservation weeks before. Outrageous customer service!

Update, went back and the food was improved. Great location. Food can be hit or miss, ambiance is wonderful, nice bar but not too big.

I ate there once or twice a week. I have never received a bad meal. The waiters are outstanding.
