Edoko Sushi - Garnet

Sushi salad was awesome. The rolls are very big but not rolled tight enough. The staff, on the other hand, was slow coming back to the table to take our dinner order after they brought our appetizers. They were standing around talking to each other. That was until the boss came in. Would have ordered more but not after being there for 2 hours.

It's been hard to find good sushi with several Japanese restaurants in the valley shuttering without notice. It's a drive for me to get to Edoko, but one I'll gladly make. Great service with authentic, delicious Japanese cuisine. All-you-can-eat for the sushi lovers. Come hungry, you won't be disappointed.
