Outback Steakhouse Restaurant - Garner

I placed a “curbside” order for pickup at 5:15. When I arrived at 5:30 I parked in the pickup spot and checked in via the text they sent me. I then waited until 5:45 and didn’t see any sign of my food being brought out. This seemed odd because it was already 30 minutes after my pickup time and I was the only person waiting. So, I called the store and the girl that answered the phone said that she would be right out. Meanwhile, two people showed up and went inside to get their “curbside” orders. At this point it was 6:00 and I had been waiting for 30 minutes, so I went inside too. I walked in and wasn’t even acknowledged by the girl standing there doing the “curbside” orders. I saw my order sitting there, so I told her it was mine even though she didn’t seem to care. She then stapled the receipt to it and I grabbed it and left. I guess not even a 20% tip gets your food brought out to your car anymore.Once I got home, I took everything out and realized that they didn’t give us any salad dressing for the three salads we got despite asking for two cups of dressing for each salad. The steaks were decent, but definitely overcooked. For $80 (for three people) I expect better service and food, but I guess that’s too much to ask these days. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this location, so I definitely won’t be back!!!!

The food was good hot and fresh. Very good service. Had good conversation with other diners. Everything was very good.

We went to celebrate Valentine's Day. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Mixed drink was great. The service was top notch!!!

My service today at outback was what I consider going above and beyond to satisfy the customer my waitress was serving to different sections , the manager came out and took orders served coffee and anything else to ensure we were taken care

I would not recommend getting delivery from this location. They overcooked my medium rare steak, the outside was rock hard from an overuse of pepper. They forgot my coconut shrimp! They sent one little container of ranch for a huge salad, no butter for the bread and minimum topping for a baked potato. I was hugely disappointed. I reported it to doordash and I'm making it known here how upset I am at the quality of food.
