Cook Out - Garner

Setting aside the unpleasantness of the person who took my order (it was pouring down rain and he was obvious with respect to his annoyance as I struggled to stay dry while I ordered), this wasn't a good first-attempt at a Cookout.The burger was supposed to be a double with cheddar, bacon, and hold the onion.What I got was a sad-single, way too much cheese sauce, one lonely slice of bacon, and disappointment.The sole upside was the sides (Cajun fries and the cheese bites), because they were total winners. Well seasoned, cooked just right, and flavorful.3/5 stars and I probably wouldn't recommend Cookout to anyone, because it basically left me feeling like a visit to a poorly staffed Wendy's, only with extra steps leading to disappointment.

What a joke. I was missing an item, he asked for a receipt, I provided a receipt, I still didn't get my item. He asked me to SHOW him I was MISSING AN ITEM. How the hell can I PROVE IM MISSING AN ITEM. Trash service. Trash food.

I love the cook-out hamburger with chili sauce and tweeper and their French fries and a milkshake! so good! and they are also quite fast in the drive-thru!

Excellent burgers and milkshakes. I loved the fried cheese bites as well. My only complaint is that the fries were kind of soggy by the time I got them home (10 min drive), but they still tasted good.

The general man was rude, I asked for light ice on my drink that filled it with ice! I had ordered riders with extra cajun not getting when I asked for a Queensadilla sauce I was asked to pay $1.67 which I had never had to pay for a cup sauce for my queensadilla.
