Starbucks - Garland

Staff was joking around with each other while we were trying to place our orders… wasn’t surprising that my sister’s drink was misheard. Despite the miscommunication, all of the other times I’ve been here everything went smoothly.

Despite providing the barrister with written ingredients on the coffee my girlfriend asked me to pick up, he still got it wrong. I came home with her drink to just turn around, drive another 15 minutes to Starbucks (and another 15 minutes back for a total waste of an hour from my life) to ask that the coffee I originally ordered will be made right again. I can understand if I listed all the ingredients, but they have written down, they have made them available to the barrist, and still he hasn't got the coffee right....real? I wish I could have taken back the $6 tip I gave him when I thought he had made the coffee drink right for the first time.

Not sure why, but the high Fraps are mini-fraps... if a person does not want whipped cream, why there is a inch place at the top of the drinks now...same drink has gone around a $1 with less ingredients. Food: 1/5

Andrew was a walking L, just terrible. He told me you don't do pumps from Cream Base Sirup.... what was confusing when you use it for most drinks! Then they finished my drink and didn't add a cream base yet. Simply add cream base to a cup and pour it into this cup. It didn't shake or stir. Dez was great as usual!!!!
