End delivery fees. Use quality ingredients. Change management. Delivery is slow. Deliver a hot pizza not a cold pizza.

Spent $29.00 for a cold 20 minutes late pizza. I wonder what it is like to suck at your job so bad!! I hope you all get fired and end up homeless!!

This is our closets pizza spot, and used to be our favorite. Not fantastic but good enough. This was the second time in two months I made an order and they cancelled it without comment or explanation, just cancelled.

I have eaten Pizza Hut pizza for years. In fact years ago I worked for Pizza Hut. This evening I ordered a Canadian bacon on regular crust. When I opened the box at the store I commented how little meat was on it. The employee just laughed it off. When I got home I was shocked at how sparce it was.The dough was so tough I could hardly chew it plus it tasted like old grease. It was AWFUL!!. It remnded me of chef boyardee box pizza but WORSE!. I would have taken it back had it not been so hot and far. I am calling tomorrow to complain to the day Manager and demand a refund. You guys have really lowered your standard. Shame on you. This was the Buckingham location in Garland, Texas.
