Panera Bread - Garland

Can you tell me how to eat soup without a spoon is there a new way to do it all I ask is to do your job and clearly failed today He needs somebody needs to address your problem

I got a Cup of broccoli soup for $6.16 I give the cashier: Ivan 7.00 dollars and she never gave me the change. I always tip, there is no reason for her to keep the change with out asking. That was not nice.

Consistently good food that fits my special diet. Highly recommended for a quick bite, lunch, an evening out with your SO or take out. They even have a drive-thru.Recommended!

Yesterday it was only about not seeing anyone at the counter and a woman with her little child who had difficulty recognizing the self-ordered clothes. After a while, they tried to leave. My wife and I were waiting for someone to come to the counter to visit us. 5 min later we decided to try only the self-ordered clothes, then we discovered why the lady had trouble before us. The tablets did not pay, something was wrong with the card readers and they all stopped selling. Finally, after much frustration we went back to the counter, at this point was someone of the bread ovens that could see us clearly and when I called for help for this person several times, they stared at me and ran around a corner. That was terrible service and bad management of a store. Panera I will not stand there and ask you to take my money!!!! Needless to say, we went and just went to McAlisters. It won't go back. Better!

I ordered a Zesarsalat with extra chicken and the order was wrong. No bread and no chicken. I call the manager of the place and she said I'm gonna get a free one because that's her business. So I go and pick it up and when I got home, the order was missing crumbs and cheese. I've never had a problem with another Panera bread. Never order from here again.
