Mooshie - Garland

This place doesn’t get enough credit and compliments! You have to understand, there are an hefty amount of orders taken through out the night. It’s not a 5 star dine in restaurant. If that’s what you’re looking for go, find one elsewhere. Food is always consistent and always get my order right. Friendly and courteous. If they forgot something, which is highly unlikely, it will be fixed. Happened once out of the many times I’ve been here . Sometimes they will come find you and bring out your food. Or you wait to by their food truck. Good amount of options! We’re living in a world where everything is going to be expensive compared to 6 years ago, get use it. Highly recommended

It's a food truck beside a gas station. You'll see it and a bunch of plastic tables and small stools for seating. But don't underestimate it. Mooshie has amazing Vietnamese street food. The kid at the window recommended the Pan Fried Egg and Rice Cake- the rice cakes were perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle. Egg was well cooked, and the sauce was sweet and flavorful. We also got Crispy Pork Fried Rice which was the stand out dish of the meal. Fried pork belly and golden fried rice... my only complaint is that I'm too full to order a second one. Definitely coming back!

Cool place! Cocopandan waffle is delicious and special.
