Mcdonald's - Garland

I have ordered from this place since the beginning of the 2000s, but in the last nearly two years the hardest, even want to go to this place. The ride thru line is always long and idling.staff seems to be more than focused on the orders, they prefer to help breaks than if a customer asks for their order to wait for so long. I saw the person falling on the back a nugget, then she added to the customer order, as only God knows if that was clean. I prefer to take my business elsewhere, I don't know if this is a staff and management problem, but it's poor. What is the use of registers also! May God bless and wait for them more employees and courtesy of customers!

A bacon egg and cheese biscuit happens to order, I have no egg? was like the 4th? Sometimes they mess my order, but I'm still coming back because it's the next restaurant from my home. It is always shortening them ingredients

They consistently prove themselves as the slowest McDonalds ever. I do not know why they have two ordered speakers. They only use them. I always spend 20 minutes in line with 4 people. Save your time and go somewhere else. Definitely the last time I'll go!

Place an order at 10:05 on the order kiosk. Paying the number to the cashier and had to wait until 10:15 because no one was there. On the memory screen it showed the order in process. When I asked about my order, they said they would work on it. 10:45 and when I ask again, they even said that I ordered at 10:05, they ran out and there was no more breakfast. I ordered and paid. You could give me something else. I asked about my money back and they said there was nothing manager and something else to get from the lunch menu. I never got my money back. Manager never showed up. By the way, there is a young African American girl with long hair laughing about the situation. Even the other employees could not stop laughing. I want my money back.

Literally been sitting here for 15 minutes stuck in the drive through. I can't even drive off because I'm blocked in. I should have known not to stop at the McDonald's in the hood. Meanwhile there is 8 parking spots they could use to move that car out the drive through to let others get their orders.
