Bidra med feedbackThe worst JJ location. Several times I have placed an order, but it is always hit or miss with this business. Today I placed my order through the JJ App. 1:57 pm 2:39 pm still have received my sandwich then the manager calls me and says he's short staff and he'll call his brother to come and deliver my order, and he'll throw a free cookie for the long waiting period. Well said. Now it's 3:09 and I haven't received my order yet. I called back to the store to just tell the so-called manager, my order is void. This is ineffective and pathetic. You bet I'll call on Monday. If you really want Jimmy John not to do business with this terrible place.
Other locations make better sandwiches. The sandwich here has less tuna, I only eat this. They put tuna and other stuff in the middle, the end was very little or nothing. I rarely order here unless It is on my way.
Sandwich was good but the Cubano doesn't come with lettuce, tomato or mayonnaise.
The sandwich was very good.But they don't follow instructions very well.
I really like the food but the service has something to be desired. Placed an order yesterday around 4:30 pm on the app to pickup curbside. Took my money, order went through. Got to the store and it was closed. Had a handwritten sign on the door that they would not be open until today. Called today. Was told they closed around 3:30. That they had cancelled all the orders for yesterday and the money will be refunded. Don't know when though, depends on my bank. No apology. I asked why they did not indicate it on the app that they were closed. Was told it was a corporate issue. Again no apology what-so-ever. Now I have to wait for a week or more to get my $20 refunded. They just lost a customer. Told them that too. Didn't seem to care. This is not the first time they have closed early either. Last time I was called about 5 minutes after I placed my order and informed. They managed to cancel it right away and no money was taken from my account that time. Very disappointed.
