Domino's Pizza - Feedback

After ordering pizza I was told that it would be delivered within 20-25 minutes I would not get my pizza by an hour and a half later and my pizza was burned.

At the third time, the third time, my pizza is burned and hard like a skirt... the first few times I thought mistakes happen, but now it seems just reckless
