Applebee's Grill - Garfield Heights

Wait 10 minutes to be seated at a dirty table. The lobby had multiple booths open but couldn't be seated at them for some odd reason so we walked out. Parking was confusing as well with it being dark outside and not well lit Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This has been our worst experience at Applebees ever. We waited at the very least 45 minutes on our food to come out. Couldn’t get a refill on drinks until the end. Had to get our own straws, napkins and silverware. We were brought another tables food that was just left at the table the whole time we were there. I got the core of the lettuce in my salad and the French onion soup didn’t come together. We asked for the bill and still had to run the waitress down for it. There were managers there, but didn’t seem to be helping their staff at all.

I didn't receive the French fries that were supposed to be with my chicken tender platter and I didn't receive the beer cheese I paid extra for.. Also the green beans taste like plastic so all I ended up with from this order was chicken tenders.. I'm super disappointed Service: Delivery Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4
