Villa Fiordaliso - Gardone riviera

This was a lovely meal with excellent food and superb service although the staff was stretched thin with only around four to five people to serve around twelve to fourteen tables (with several large parties). We shared an appetizer of Parma ham that they age an additional 14 months beyond the original 40, then had a pasta special using mushrooms and black truffles. The filet of beef was tender and the fruit dessert of peaches and raspberries divine. Note that this restaurant is family friendly and dog friendly, so you might have noisy children and/or barking dogs during your meal, so maybe not the top pick for a romantic couple dinner.

Had a good second night in Lake Garda at Villa Fiordaliso. We were sat right by the lake with excellent views . Make sure to arrive early and watch the sunset ... Food was good but the variety not exceptional... the best part was desert.

No bells and whistles. Just faultless service, impeccable food and superb wine list in magnificent setting on the lake. Spacious double room with terrace and great bed. The staff truly added to our pleasure and comfort. Special place
