Worst customer service ever! Rude to deal with! Will not allow you to speak to a manger! I recommend you stay away from this hotel. All they care about is getting your money. Your happiness takes a back seat to your wallet. Be weary!!

They failed to cancel my reservation and now I'm responsible for the charges. Avoid this facility at all cost. They basically called me a liar because they cannot prove I canceled the reservation. NO KIDDING....IF YOU FAILDED TO DO YOUR JOB THEN THERE WOULDN'T BE ANY PROOF. DA!!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!.... Worst Experience Ive ever had on my daughters wedding weekend in bridal suite!!! I feel so bad for her! Such a terrible experience! No hot water all weekend! Staff was all very very rude!!! No free coffee! No outside drinks allowed! Room rugs dirty! Bathroom doors broken! But biggest thing is how rude all staff including managers were to all guests!!!! We paid so much to stay here and it was horrible experience. Even the manager was very rude! Place looks fancy when you walk in, but dont do it!!!!!!

I want to address the issue of extreme concern with the entire staffs attitude, compassion, and communication during my stay. There were many times that we had called the front desk for concerns of the hot water, coffee, and on one occasion a disruption outside our door at 11:30 at night and not one time was anyone kind or friendly. Almost every other guest we encountered during our stay was struggling with the same issue. Although a hot water issue was something out of the hotels control during our stay the hotel was out of hot water), it was the way the staff handled it, and treated us and their guests with COMPLETE disrespect that was of high concern. Guests were upset because of the hot water situation which is understandable) and although it can be difficult to manage when many people are coming at you upset, its the way you handle it that makes the difference. Treating people with kindness, expressing sympathy, and making any accommodation that’s reasonable shouldn't have been a tall ask. That includes the general manager. It was shocking. It was my wedding weekend and staying at this hotel was an absolute nightmare.

Overall the experience was great, attitude of staff was great. We stayed in one of the more luxurious suites for the night of our wedding reception and booked a block of rooms for our out of town guests.One small annoying thing was we forgot our toothbrush and asked for one at the front desk, and as many hotels and inns provide toothbrushes and other small toiletries complimentarily, we were surprised to be charged $3 each. We felt annoyed that we were good paying customers only to be nickel dimed over a toothbrush.Other than this annoying thing, we were very happy.
