I have never written a review before but I felt I had to after this. There was allergens in the food that was not listed on the wrappings ingredient list, after one bite I went back and explained the situation politely, and they said they could do nothing for me. «Cause if we give you something else then we lose on it». Great mantra for customer service

Here you get poor service, unpleasant service that only chats to each other all the time rather than helping those at the till. I arrived around 7pm and even then they didn't want to serve me anything other than what was in bottles on the counter. At 19.30 I have seen several people who tried to buy something but they were only told that it is closed. Although the opening hours indicate that they are open until 8 p.m., it might be a good idea to update them Seems very uncomfortable

Dirty, all tables and chairs are full of dirt.. no staff to be seen. The only positives are reasonable and good coffee (free refills) and the possibility to charge the phone comfortably. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Taco Wrap did not disclose all ingredients included inside of it. Had allergic reaction to carrots. Cashier did not care to refund or compensate with another wrap.
