Ming's Garden - Gardendale

The food here is absolutely disgusting. Fried rice is edible, but not anything to write home about, and the egg rolls are alright. The meat dishes? The Tai Pei frozen meals you get at Walmart taste better. I've tried different things on multiple occasions, and each time left disappointed. Pepper Steak is tasteless, Moo Goo Gai Pan is tasteless, and both have the lowest quality meat you can buy. Don't waste your money and go to Stix in Fultondale instead.

I ordered from menu. Service was very good, and cheerful. Egg roll was the best I’ve had in Al. and Tn. Mei-fun had good flavor, but lacked in veggies.Checked out buffet, very limited in offeringsAll in all the best I’ve had since I moved to the south. Great Asian restaurant. Mostly Chinese menu items. The evening hot and sour soup is some of the best I’ve ever had.2024 update: owners have changed. All the recipes are slightly different. Still good but now 4 stars instead of 5.

Chicken wings hard and greasy; egg roll, hard and greasy, Mongolian chicken hard. The fried noodles were good.

I stopped in for lunch for my first time and got takeout the service was excellent had a 10 minute wait that ended up being 5 the lady at the front desk was super nice even though it was busy and they even gave me some extra egg rolls couldn’t ask for better service I’ll definitely be coming back I haven’t left a restaurant with a smile that big in a long time and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family
