Shake Shack Westbury - Garden City

I ordered the double Korean BBQ burger and it was the best burger I've had all year. They get the ratio of meat/cheese/toppings correct. The beef tasted so fresh .The fries were just made and so crispy. I had them with cheese sauce and it was delightful. I will be returning.

The service was quick AND someone was out in the dining room asking if you needed anything else, taking trays away and cleaning the tables! The food was GREAT as well!

Food is good but incredibly overpriced. Store is way too cold inside.

I tried the Korean style bbq hamburger it’s a must try .

Been here twice in the last few months. First time, there was a small spider in my burger. The staff was very attentive and made me a new burger but after I went home, still had food poisoning. Chalked it up to a one-time thing, so again tried this location today. Now my husband is sick. After 0/2 at this location, will not be coming back.
