La Cofradia Del Mar - Garachico

We were staying at hotel el patio so came here for dinner on our last night. We found the food too salty and lacking any other flavour. More expensive than similar restaurants with Canarian cuisine in nearby garachico. Disappointed as it was our last meal on the island after a 2 week trip.

Went for our first meal of the trip and will be surprised if we find anywhere better. We ordered chopitos small fried squid) and padron peppers for starters both big portions and very very good. Then seafood paella for two which was also very tasty. Washed down by 2 beers and half litre of house wine which was also surprisingly tasty only 6 euros). All together the bill was just over €50 and well worth it. Oh and the batman/owner was very funny. We were too busy eating to take any photos, sorry.

Very much a café for the local population, This place has a friendly atmosphere and serves delicious Brazilia coffee

Rich food, recommended the croquettes that are from the house. cozy place and very attentive staff. The only negative thing is that when you order the drink they put you on bread lid with alioli without asking if you want it or not, and they charge it. If there's something I haven't asked for and I've got no more, you shouldn't be charged. but the rich food, landlord.
